The following instructions are for namecheap.com but should be roughly the same for other registrars. 

Login & manage

Sign in to your Namecheap account (Sign In option is available at the top of the page).
 
Select Domain List from the left side menu and click on Manage button next to your domain:

Navigate to the Advanced DNS tab at the top of the page:

Add A record

In the Host records section (first section), click "Add New Record" button:

Select A Record for Type, enter @ as the Host, COPY & PASTE 52.87.130.147 into Value, and click the check mark to save: 

Delete previous records

Delete any other host records by clicking the trash can icon - do not perform this step if you are using your do main to point to anything else, or are using a custom email address (myemail@mydomain.com):

Point the www

Point WWW to your domain name: Add a new record, select "CNAME record. Type www for the host and enter your domain name as the value. Click the check mark to save.

Add domain to AMS Admin

On the homepage of the AMS Admin, select the custom domain option:

Enter your domain name:

If the domain is pointed correctly, you should see green check marks in the domain status section. 

If you don't see green check marks after 30 minutes, please contact us via the live chat in the bottom right corner and provide us with your domain registrar login information (or grant us temporary access) and we can help.
