Our payment processors block transactions from individuals with billing addresses in countries that are known to have high levels of credit card fraud, or are on sanction lists. In certain circumstances, individual members can be allowed to make purchases from within these countries if you are confident that they are legitimate - just let us know and we can have the block removed.

Segpay uses the OFAC Country List as a reference. This is a list of countries that are under sanctions by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") of the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
